Insurance

As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.

The new dentist was very good!

Our daughter was afraid at the dentist and he was not very nice to her at all. He scared her even more and was pretty much yelling at her. She wasn't being the best patient but he's working with kids that don't want to be there and some can be scared. He 100% was very unprofessional and made my whole family feel uncomfortable.

Hands down best pediatric dentist in the state! Used to see him in slinger and when he left I was heart broken! Found out where he transferred to and immediately scheduled! He even remembered who we were!
