Patient Testimonials

Dr. Cinous was great at setting me at ease, letting me know what to expect, and did an excellent job. She is fun and funny too. Great bedside manner.

All Good

Good experience

Horrible bedside manners, numbed me very fast, half of the 3rd injection went in my mouth, not my gums. Not sure I was completely numb when procedure started. Acted like a vulture ripping its prey apart when she pulled my tooth and cleaned it out. Not a good experience, and I see I'm not the only one who has had these experiences based on reviews I found

Dr. Cineus was very quick and made me feel as comfortable as I could have been for something I was terrified of. I am so glad that I chose Dental Associates.

Dr Cineus is obviously a highly trained and experienced professional who made my visit easier than I thought it would be. Great job.

Dr Cineus was absolutely wonderful! She asked me about my rationale for the surgery, and was clear about the reasons it was not never recommended. Wow!

I was in so much pain. She did it very rough. I bruised, I swelled, she cut into my next tooth. I was shaking in shock and pain. She didnt explain anything she was doing.

The problem was that I was examined, diagnosed and tried to connect me to an oral surgeon with hospital privileges. That part moved pretty efficiently. I had to assertively request that the dentist be called back to provide me with the diagnosis and prognosis. I was aware that she had determined the course of action. It would have been much better if she had shared the findings and taken me into confidence as my primary dentist does.

Just a really professional, nice, respectful person. Dental work can be unpleasant but she handled my care with an understanding and was very pleasant.

The dentist was great and so were the two ladies that assisted.

Excellent

Very skilled oral surgeon, and extremely nice..

Dentist was running late. Because of this, she rushed my appt and it was the worst injections ive ever had. Very painful and ive had hundreds of injections and never once had this experience.

Good consultation -

I thought she was kinda rough when freezing me. Have never had this happen before

She did not have a very good bedside manner.

I think the oral surgeon believed I was out before I was. She put a block in my mouth to keep it open wide, which was very uncomfortable but manageable. She did it without warning or giving any explanation. Then the last things I remember was her aggressively shoving my head back. This was painful enough the I had to clench onto the armrests and bite back tears as I squeezed my eyes shut. Agian, with no explanation or even talking to me. Didn't feel like I was being treated like a person.

I had to decide if extraction would be done that day. I did decide that the extraction be done that day...but there was no explanation of the process. I have never had a dentist who did not attempt to make me comfortable or help me understand the process.

This dentist was simply a delight to be around. She was smiling the whole time (could see it in her eyes), appropriately jovial yet appropriately informational, and shared a sense of humor and energy. Extractions are awful...she made it not-awful.

So many excellent traits. Friendly, knowledgeable, great skills, good sense of humor & making you feel comfortable

It was ok

The oral surgeon was amazing! She was very thorough and extremely kind. I had a bit of anxiety after the final numbing shot and she was so kind and helped ease and calm me down.

The dentist was very caring and just over all a great person!!

Dentist was very educational, and did a great job of educating, and expressed what they would like to see done. Asserting an opinion, but by no means demanding, and I had nothing but respect with her aproach

The oral surgeon came into the appointment unprepared and hadn't looked at the scans or any dental history for him. The whole experience was horrible.

Me and my parents felt as though the dentist was too rough with me and not that kind, she looked like she was in a rush to finish with me and didn't make me comfortable, I know this process is not meant to be comfortable but she she was way too rough from the start

Very professional

Ok

I was late and the doctor was great in keeping my appointment. But nothing was explain.

Dr.Cineaus is amazing. Always has an upbeat and positive attitude. Her smile is contagious. I look forward to seeing her. She makes me feel more calm.

Oral surgeon was amazing! She was so kind and made me feel at ease. She made my experience go very smoothly!

Implant Consultation: Felt very quick and rushed, they were ready to extract my tooth when it was just a consultation.

Actual dentist performing the wisdom teeth removal did not file my prescription correctly which made it difficult to pick up and call the after hours number. Felt like she was really rushed and did not ask if I had any questions before starting.
