Dental Insurance We Accept
Below is a list of major dental insurance we accept. In addition to the plans listed below, all traditional/indemnity plans (non-PPO) are also accepted for each insurance company named. Our accepted plans change periodically, so we recommend contacting your local Dental Associates clinic to confirm your insurance will be accepted prior to receiving care.
Please note we do NOT accept any Wisconsin state dental insurance plan (BadgerCare Plus, Forward Health, etc.).
