Insurance
As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.

Excellent experience
We have received little to no communication about the entire orthodontic process. It would have been nice to have a meeting or even a handout that explains the timeline and what to expect. We go into each appointment not knowing what to expect and at each appointment we are not communicated with. We are told when the next visit will be but dont know what it will entail.
Good
Dr. Jordan is awesome! He explains things in a way thats understand and his bedside manor is calming.
My interactions with Dr. Jordan are usually brief but he always gives me opportunities to ask questions. He knows I work third shift so he tries to keep my appointments short if possible and explains what he wants to accomplish for the next appointment

Very knowledgeable, energetic and excellent people skills. The work environment seems to flow seamlessly with him at the helm.
He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I like his method of developing a rapport with the patient.
I had Dr.Chris I want to say his last name was Jordan but Im not sure. Anyhow he was delightful. He answered all my questions before I could even ask. He was quick and thorough.
