Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Dr Frankmann is excellent. So kind and caring. I hadnt been wearing my Invisalign retainer and needed to get back on track. He wasnt demeaning about it at all. He was very supportive and understanding.

Dr. Frankman has been wonderful to work with, going out of his way to give our son the care he needs for his cleft situation. He has even come in outside of office hours to help with a situation with a broken wire that needed repair.

Dr Frankmann has taken the time ti build trust with my daughter who has Down Syndrome. He is patient and with her and makes she she Is comfortable. dentist did not speak with me after my daughters appointment to let me know what the next steps of treatment were going to be. I requested to speak with him and had to wait until he was available around 10 minutes. He seemed annoyed that I wanted to talk with him and he wasnt able to tell me why the next step was needed in a way I could understand. I still dont understand why my child needs a retainer.

Honestly, Dr Frankman and his staff have been professional, courteous and highly skilled. when there have been any issues or mechanical problems with my braces, they have responded quickly to correct them.The team never make you feel stupid or badly if a problem occurs. Also, the team is kind and very considerate.

Dr Frankman didn't talk with me at all. I don't even think he saw me son. I was disappointed because the tech did it all and some of his bands (for his braces) weren't even on all the way.

Dr. Frankmann always asks if I'm having any discomfort during services, which I appreciate. When my braces were first put on in April of this year, I had a few problems, each time I came back to the office (4 times in the 1st 2.5 weeks) the staff was very courteous, patient and made me feel so appreciated!!!!!

I had a minor conflict with my scheduled time and called and left message the night before to either reschedule or adjust the time. Someone called me back before 7:00 am so I could plan my day. They let me know that I could come in early and they would fit me in-which they did! I was very appreciative and everyone was so nice about it. Dr. Frankman is always so nice and makes everyone feel welcomed.

Dr. Frankmann had 4 appointments booked that morning at 7:00 am. One of the patient's was going to need a lot of realignment on her brackets and braces. Because his other appointments were quick checks, he explained to her that he was going to take care of the other patients first and come back to her because his other appointment were quicker. I really appreciate that he did that as I make her appointments early so I can get to work on time!

I had to bring my son back to adjust a wire in the back of his mouth. The orthodontist asked us to "make sure this was good before we left the first time." Honestly, we had already asked the assistant to clip it the day before. We have been very happy with Dr. Frankmann, but it seemed like he was "scolding" us a bit which I didn't really appreciate.
