Hello, I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Hwang for his very attentive care today and his help adjusting my fillings on my first visit with him to relieve pain in a tooth from uneven pressure. Only a few hours later I feel the pain disappearing. This is significantly improving my quality of life after many weeks of pain. Thank you, Dr. Hwang!!!

Dr Hwang wasnt a great communicator. He barely introduced himself and didnt come in front of me to tell me who he was prior to sitting down and starting the procedure. He also didnt Inform me what type of a filling Id get so prior to him putting it in, I stopped the procedure to ask, so no mistake happens.

We had a horrible experience a couple years ago at a dentist. We hadnt been to another dentist again until now. We knew there were cavities and issues, and were kind of afraid to go. But we didnt feel judged. We were given a plan and treated with respect and kindness. Dentist was gentle.

This current dentist that I saw (my last visit) was very very great. I ended up going with the nitrous oxide for the appointment as also informing him that I do not respond to the numbing agent well. He listened and before he started the procedure, he made sure that I was actually numb and ready to continue the procedure.He explained everything, let me take tiny breaks for my jaw as I have TMJ, and everything went smoothly. If I could rate him any higher, I would. The patient-dentist connection and interaction was overall the best experience Ive had in my entire life.

When the dentist examined me the day I had my teeth cleaned and x_rayed, he spent very little time with me. The hygienist was the one who told me what my options were to either fill the cavity or have a new crown put in.

Dr. Teds work was superb. He even admitted to an error he made in a prior diagnosis, which I truly respected and appreciated. I even mentioned the painlessness of the procedure to him. I also understood the staffing situation and was not upset by it at all.

I suffer from temporal arteritis and experiencing untoward reactions to the treatment for that condition, making my oral lesions medication related rather than dental. The empathy shown by the dentist and dental assistant was greatly appreciated.
