About Me
"I love to make meaningful impacts where people do not feel embarrassed to smile or get relief from other ailments. I take interest in the patient's concern and consider how I might be able to help in a meaningful way. Here are a couple recent reviews that make me know that I'm making a difference:
'When I first saw an orthodontist I had jaw pain, headaches and numbness in my face. No doctor could figure out why I had numbness and finally the neurologist said I should see an orthodontist. The orthodontist put braces on my teeth but then he retired and Dr. Campbell took over. The quality of care between the two doctors was seamless. Dr. Campbell took care of me for over a year. If I had an issue he always worked me into his schedule. I am now out of the braces. I do wear a retainer at night. It is comfortable and very well made. The jaw pain and headaches are gone. The numbness in my face did recede. My friends and family all tell me my teeth look beautiful. Dr. Campbell is an excellent orthodontist. He is knowledgeable, caring and professional. I would highly recommend him.'

Insurance
As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.

The dentist that spoke with us was very unprofessional and short with us. He did not take the time to explain and we felt like we were wasting his time.
