The dental team was exceptional! They were kind, patient, and skilled at working with kids. They took the time to explain everything in a way my child could understand. The dentist was gentle, thorough, and very reassuring. What stood out most was how caring and attentive everyone was. This was one of the most positive healthcare experiences weve had and my child left smiling and excited to come back. I would highly recommend Dr. Bhosale to any family looking for compassionate and high-quality care.

Dr.Bhosale took her time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure my child felt safe and relaxed during the visit. You can tell they truly care about children and know how to make dental visits positive instead of scary.

I would NEVER in a million years recommend this dentist. I have twin girls. The one twin was crying, obviously scared of the dentist office, the dentist came out & said why are you crying?! Aggressively. Which led my child to become very upset & even more scared.

Dentist poked a tooth and said youre good. Dentist hasnt come out to talk us parents in years . Will be going elsewhere after this last cleaning. Just not impressed at all.

I had a very good experience with the dentist. My younger son saw her at the same time and they called me back and offered to give him sealants because they had time today. I approved and went back to wait. They returned faster than I expected and it was because my son threw a huge fit as they were preparing him for the sealants. I would have liked them to push him a bit more, but the doctor in her wisdom said, I dont want him to have a bad experience going to the dentist now because it may continue to be a problem for all of his life. So lets give him 6 months to mature a little more and maybe you want to show him a youtube video on someone getting sealants before you come next time. I was impressed that she was so thoughtful to consider the long term effects of pushing my son through a treatment he wasnt ready for!

She was very hurried through the appointment it seemed, she was nice enough though and made an effort to show me my sons cavities. It was very confusing though, because initially she said 4 cavities, then showed me only two, then quoted me for only two but four sealants and I had more questions. Unfortunately- I had a bit of a meltdown with my son on the way out, and couldnt not ask for further clarification.

Poor Evelyn has had nothing but horrible experience with previous dentist. Her appointment was fantastic she didnt come out crying and horribly distraught like past appointments at other clinics. We love dental associates, the entire team makes it so easy for kids.

The dentist did not converse with me this day. However the hygienist did, and she provided great explanations. I was surprised that the dentist didnt talk with me the day of the fillings. Patient (7 years old) said her experience with dentist was wonderful.

my child has high anxiety and it was very hard to get exrays and mouth exams even to see inside she was in alot of pain with nerves exposed and Dr B was so patient and kind. I appreciate her patience. she is wonderful.

I understand that due to COVID there are a lot of different measures you are taking, but I didnt even get to speak to my sons dentist so it Is unclear to me if he actually had his exam. The assistant who cleaned my sons teeth was very friendly but I feel as thought to make it more personable, the dentist couldve spoke to me directly about my sons teeth

the Dentist does not seem very personable and my kids dont like her. She come off a little abrasive in telling me as a parents Im not doing a good job flossing my kids teeth. Hunter had two cavities and needed to work on his brushing. She talked so fast about that as if she was in a hurry that she completely neglected to talk to me about my concerns over his bite, and how I thought it was affecting a tooth.

This dentist is phenomenal! My son has a huge gag reflux and she does outstanding with him. She addresses all my questions and her and her staff go above and beyond each and every time we are at the clinic.

berating a child for things that are involuntary reflexes, like gagging, is ridiculous. Trying to force something too large for someone's mouth is rather inappropriate as well and many of those things can cause pain. If a child is telling you they are having a problem with it, talking to them like they are stupid and causing problems is unnecessary and counterproductive.

My daughter had an accident on a Thursday afternoon and Dr. Bhosale contacted me by phone and her team allowed me to text pictures back and forth so they could determine the severity of the injury as it was after hours. One of her team members even stayed late to make sure that everything was taken care of and set up for my daughter to have her teach extracted the following morning. I was so thankful and still am for their attentiveness and kindness!

My daughter has hypoplastic enamel, which I knew before she had some long-named issue with her enamel but the doctor was excellent at making sure I knew what it was and likely causes and reassured me that it would not be an issue with her adult teeth. I was SO pleased with how she and I were treated as she has had bad/rude dentists in the past and had some anxiety with dentist visits but the team at Dental Associates was absolutely amazing! My daughter left there excited and at ease with her future visits!!

Dr. BHOSALI was very gentle with my 3 year old. By far the best dentist we've met, she treated my little guy with so much care as if he was her own. He was also very excited to see her again. As a parent that makes me happy, dental hygiene is very important and having a dentist you can trust makes it easier.

we absolutely love Dr B.! we had a bad experience with an old dentist with the kids, which can be very difficult in getting them to change their attitude and mine, but Dr B and her nurses have been so great! She is so wonderful with all three very different kids and made an individual plan that fit each perfectly. I had a great dentist as s kid and it's nice to have found that for my kids!

This was my daughter's first visit and she was scared and nervous. I did not care for the way the dentist asked me to hold my child in order to perform the exam. I would have preferred to sit with my child on my lap and lay back together. I think my daughter would have been more cooperative .

We waited for approximately 20 minutes after our scheduled time to be seen, and this happens most of the time that we come in for scheduled cleanings. Luckily, I have learned to never plan anything when it is dentist day, so I don't feel pressured or get stressed about getting out at a certain time. As long as Dr. and hygienist are not rushing through things because they are behind, I am okay with a little wait time. I am pleased that I never feel pressured to have any special procedures done for my children. I have been informed that braces will be needed, but I do not feel like we are being pushed into anything prematurely.

Dr Bhosale is excellent! Her talent, in working with children is impressive. Both our children (3 and 9) LOOK FORWARD to visits with her. Her staff work well with her seeming to anticipate her needs without direction. I can not express how pleased I am with Dr Bhosale's amazing proficiency and speed in completing the procedures. Her technical proficiency carries over to her pleasant, relaxed demeanor. In short, she is not stressed because she knows what she is doing and that carries over to her young patients. Awesome.

We appreciate that the staff are straight forward in outlining options for treatment along with prices. Also, that Dr Bhosale is willing to reassess outlined treatment and save money where possible. This country's health care problems would be alleviated if more doctors had Dr. Bhosale's straight forward, practical approach to treatment.

Having two separate family is hard, but when you have a crew that understands that and is willing to talk to both mother and father about how his cleaning is and went out of their way to print off duplicates of everything so both families know the procedure. Even though my insurance paid for the nitrous Her crew was still able to lower our cost down by a few hundred due to the expenses of the procedure. This has been an amazing and comforting experience for my son and I both. Thanks for the great support and help!

We had to reschedule Dillans appointment twice due to the fact that the dentist wouldnt be there. Dillan has been to the dentist 3 times now and each time he isnt taken back until 15-20 minutes after his scheduled appointment time. We are very grateful for the wonderful dental assistants that he has seen every time. They are so sweet and caring.

We were told to arrive at 9:00am and that we had two back-to-back appointments. We did not get called back until 9:30 and there was only one appointment. The Dental Hygienist told us that our appointment wasnt scheduled until 9:30. (We verified 3 times what time we needed to arrive.)

She asked no questions about my daughter and just scolded me the entire time. She was extremely rough with my daughter causing a traumatic experience. The dentist spent the entire time chastising me for nursing my 3-year old (without knowing how often she nurses), she scolded me for my daughters eating/drinking habits (without knowing what there are), told us that she would need to remove 4 front teeth (that would not grow back until she is around 7-per the hygienist) without seeing x-rays. She asked no questions about my daughter and just scolded me the entire time. She was extremely rough with my daughter causing a traumatic experience. I had been a loyal customer of Dental Associates for approx 17 years. I have never been treated so badly or had my children treated so badly. We cancelled the surgical scheduling appointment and are looking into options of a dentist who is willing to actually treat my daughter instead of scolding me or pulling necessary teeth from her.

It was brought up numerous times that we have BadgerCare. In fact, before the dentist even sat in her chair and greeted us, the hygienist told her that we were BadgerCare referral patients.

The hygienist diagnosed my daughters teeth issues before we even reached the x-ray machine or the dental chair. My daughters teeth were not cleaned- there was no education- just lecture- using outdated information.

Unfortunately my daughter has several cavities, which is never a positive. I understand the dentist's concerns. however, I would have greatly appreciated her offering up information like the fact that her molars do have very deep grooves

I was told that my son had 4 cavaties on his recent visit. He had a check up 6 months prior and everything was great, no signs of cavaties. I felt very uncomfortable when given the diagnosis and was questioned about his eating habits and diet.

The dentist always seems to swoop in and swoop out with VERY little interaction with my child. She seems a competent dentist, but she demonstrates very little rapport with at least my child or effective communication with children.

I understand my child being upset. He is 5. I felt that we were rushed. She didn't do his exam cuz he was crying & she was rude & just told him to knock it off, there is no reason to cry. I don't believe she is caring when it comes to difficult children
