prior to the procedure I was feeling apprehensive, the dental assistant and dentist showed sincere concern and reassurance throughout the procedure. When discomfort was felt, they immediately stopped and ensured that I was comfortable before proceeding. As a provider myself, I understand that the extra time spent with me likely delayed the subsequent visits. However, at no point did I feel like they were rushing to finish. My comfort and the proper completion of the procedure was their priority.
the dentist was very kind, nothing bad to say at all about him
Dr. Mansour and his assistant were AMAZING. Dr. Mansour made me feel at ease and was very pleasant in manner. He was very professional, yet personable at the same time. I am very pleased with my experience!
His bedside manner was the best I have encountered at Dental Associates.
I originally came in for a tooth that was infected, that was treated with antibiotics, and treatment was scheduled for a root canal and a crown. But after that visit, my bridge fell out, and it was decided at the next visit to replace it. So I had the root canal and not the crown. He also put a screw in my mouth at the last minute, I would have liked to research this procedure a bit more first. Im unclear as to why this was done, and also why my existing bridge could not be reused. My recent visit was prep for the bridge which is scheduled for next week.
Im a new patient, I liked the professionalism show by the dentist & his staff. I look forward to being treated at Dental Associates in the near future.
The dentist was great. He asked me about my uniform, where I worked. Made an effort to know me.
Dentist did not detect problem, and I still have the problem! (Crown.)
Hes a New Dentist to so I will have to see how his work is.
Dr. Mansour was very friendly and nice.
