When told my daughter has issue with sucking on fingers, dentist immediately wanted to put this terrifying looking and expensive device in my daughters mouth, without offering any other solutions or options. When I was asking questions I felt like he was trying to talk over me and was talking at me, not talking with me.

He blew his nose in mid sentence and then used hand sanitizer. I would recommend he be more aware of what his hands are doing in front of a patient since he is putting them in their mouth. also recommend he wash them after with soap and water.

Dr. Han took me out of the room to discuss my 12 year old daughter's care, which I found incredibly insulting to her. He then proceeded to tell me that he would not be able to treat her because of the crowding of her teeth, and her top and bottom jaw not lining up. According to him, the problem would be her inability to sit in dental chairs and the amount of patients they see. My daughter uses a wheelchair, so positioning her in a dental chair would take some care, pillows would probably work. I do not have a problem with him suggesting an orthodontist with more experience with special needs. The problem is he never mentioned not being able to treat her at any other appointment. When we consulted with him about an expander, he said she wasn't a good candidate and her top and bottom jaw lined up fine. We were told to come back in a year for braces. Now we're being told her mouth is a mess and he can't help. I asked for referrals, but he said he was unfamiliar with anyone that could help. Other than being in a wheelchair, my daughter is a typical 12 year old. She does not have cognitive delays. I'm incredibly disappointed in how we were treated.

My husband and I were both comfortable with Dr. Han. We felt like we completely understood what treatment our son would need, why and how it would go. We also understood why some preferred options would not be possible for our son.

Every time I met with Dr. Han he seemed like he wasn't interested in my concerns and wouldn't spend very much time actually talking with me. When he spoke to me it felt like he was talking down to me instead of talking to me like he respected me.

They took my daughter back on time but she ended up sitting in the back for 20+ minutes waiting. It was supposed to be a "normal, quick appointment" but the appointment time ended up being 55 minutes.

Ask the Dentist a few questions and he said that "Flo" would answer them and she didn't address my questions. I felt like my questions weren't important to her and I am still unsure of what will exactly be done on the day of treatment. I will be asking these questions again before any treatment begins.
