Dental Associates Named Best Dental Clinic in Fond du Lac 2018

Dental Associates’ Fond du Lac Dental Center was voted Best Dental Clinic in the 2018 Best of Fond du Lac Awards. Readers of the Fond du Lac Reporter voted on the nominees. “Our focus is creating the best experience possible for our patients,” said Chelsea Mielke, practice manager for the Fond du Lac dental center. “We’re proud to not only provide the highest quality dental care in the city, but we’re proud to be an integral part of the Fond du Lac community as well. We love serving Fond du Lac residents and treating them like our family.”

Dental Associates Encourages Blood Donations Missing Types

Dental Associates is proud to partner with the American Red Cross for their “Missing Types” campaign to raise awareness of the tremendous need for new blood donors. Through July 3, Dental Associates and other companies, organizations and celebrities are removing the letters A, B and O – the main blood groups – from logos and messaging to represent the critical role blood donations play in patient care. Many people do not realize how important blood donations are until they are missing from hospital shelves and a patient needs them.

Dental Associates Educates 7,000 Kids about Dental Care

As part of Children’s Dental Health Month in February, Dental Associates taught 7,726 youngsters how to care for their teeth. In dental terms, that’s a total of 154,520 very important baby and permanent teeth. Dental teams from the company visited daycare centers, YMCAs, preschools and elementary schools throughout the state to teach children the importance of dental health and show them how to properly take care of their teeth. As part of the visits, each child received a dental kit that included a new toothbrush, toothpaste, dental floss and dental care information for their parents.

Dental Associates Sends 568 Pounds of Candy to Troops Overseas

Dental Associates’ Green Bay and Appleton clinics collected a total of 568 pounds of candy through their Halloween candy buyback program. The clinics will send all candy collected to U.S. troops overseas through Operation Shoebox and Operation Gratitude. On November 1 and 2, patients were invited to bring candy to Dental Associates Green Bay and Appleton in exchange for $1 per pound of candy. Green Bay collected 46 pounds and Appleton collected 522 pounds.

Dental Associates Voted Finalist in Best of the Valley 2017

Dental Associates, Wisconsin’s largest family-owned dental group practice, was voted a finalist as Best Dental Clinic and Best Orthodontist in the Fox Valley. Part of the Best of the Valley 2017 Awards, the award recognizes Dental Associates’ Fox Valley clinics: Appleton, Appleton-North and Greenville. The winners were selected based on votes by readers of Appleton’s Post-Crescent.

Dental Associates’ Green Bay Dental Center has been chosen as Best Dental Office and finalist for Best Orthodontic Facility in the 2017 Best of the Bay Awards.
