As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.

He explained what would happen clearly, answered questions but at my request did not give me a play by play as the extractions were going on. However after the quick procedure, he explained carefully what he did.

Hes really good at speaking on a teenagers level without sounding condescending. Really nice man.

I was under a time limit to be seen before an upcoming heart surgery ~ the staff and dentist did all they could to see to that accommodation. I was seen and treated with kindness and respect. All was done in a timely manner.
