"I wanted a career that allowed me to have a good lifestyle while helping people. I love getting to know patients, their families, and working with a fun group of staff. I want every patient to feel comfortable while in my care and leave with a positive experience. I have four boys who inspire me. I love to downhill ski. I grew up 30 minutes from Park City, Utah, and have skied all my life."

As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.
Patient comments are gathered from our Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey and displayed unedited in their entirety. Patients are de-identified for confidentiality and patient privacy.
Best dentist I ever saw
I was very nervous and upset about having this procedure. The dentist listened to my concerns and explained why this was being done. He walked me through the procedure and then described what he was doing as it was taking place.
The dentist was very kind. Always kept me informed and didnt lie. When something was going to hurt or be uncomfortable. He let me know. That ment alot.
Although he talked about the pressure Id feel with the extraction, nothing can prepare you for the actual procedure. I had no pain afterward.
I am very pleased with this Dentist. Talks through things with you. Is good at what he does. Informed me of what comes next.
Very well. Listened and talked her through the procedure.
Very professional & kind.
All he could talk about was how good he was.
