Dr. Desai is fantastic! I have seen her several times and she explains the procedure thoroughly. Im not sure how she does it but every time she gives me a shot I do not pain. Dr. Desai is probably the best Dentist I have had.

Dr. Desai was excellent as was her assistant! I could not have been more pleased. She explained what was occurring, next steps, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Dr. Desai was great as usual. I told her that my bite was weird from my last crown and she promptly fixed it right on the spot. She also noticed that I needed some filling redone and she was able to get me squeezed in at my next appointment. Her bedside manner was great too, as I hate needles and drills.

Dr. Desai is very professional as well as warm and welcoming. I have been very happy about how lovely my crowns look. She takes a lot of time to make certain the bite is correct and always offers me opportunity to return if after I leave the office more adjustments are needed. I absolutely love Dr. Desai. I only want to see her for all future dental needs, would follow her to a new practice if need be. She is very knowledgeable, patient and shows compassion in her work. I have had a lot of health issues that have reaulted in my teeth to deteriorate. Dr. Desai honestly was a God send and was so sweet and so gentle in relaying some news that was difficult to hear. She reassured me she would be able to do something about it, and her calmness made me feel so much more at ease I could have given her a hug of gratitude ude.

I received a partial denture and was not instructed on how to use this. She did show me how to put this in but no other instructions. They were very accomdating when I was trying to get it to fit!

Dentist was supposed to get back to me after consulting with a specialist about a treatment, as of 11/6/2018 I have not heard back. I was in the clinic for a cleaning on 11/1/2018 and asked about this and was told a message would be sent to the dentist.

Since coming to dental associates, I have been more confident in treatment/visits as I had been having nothing but issues with my last dentist. Unlike a medical doctor since coming to dental associates, I have not been seeing a particular dentist for any length of time as it was either a quick cleaning/x-rays and a quick check by whichever doctor was in that day or never had major issues to routinely see a dentist and to really get to know one dentist in my care.

During the exam, everything went fine. I was told that I would be numb for about an hour after I left. I was numb 3 hours + afterwards and that's not an exaggeration. The area that was numbed was also sore even the next day. On top of that, the tooth that was filled feels rough instead of smooth. I have never had this problem before and I have unfortunately had lots of work done over the years. I plan on addressing this my next visit. I like her and want to give her a fair chance.

I was advised that I have infection in root canal. when I asked for antibiotic. they refused to prescribe one without giving reason. also I asked for pain med prescription. because I was in a lot of pain. she refused. I had to call dentist at other locations who is pulling teeth to prescribe pain meds.

I came in for a filling I loose at least once a year and she put me thru a fupp xray and exam and after she did the exam she was going to let me go without the filling
