Dr Bruns has done a thorough, clean job with all my periodontal work in the last 6 yrs, at least, and am now preparing for my 6th tooth implant.

Dr. Bruns is awesome!

Dentist made me feel rushed. He did not explain the difference between the two types of procedure that interested me. I conveyed that I wanted a left upper molar tooth in my empty space. Right away he communicated with the hygienist to make note of an implant, not giving me the option of a bridge.

Explained everything during the process.

Dr.Bruns made me feel at ease. I was very anxious when I came to see him and very upset that the procedure that I need comes as a result of a bad dental experience with a hygienist who broke my tooth. He made me feel comfortable and let me know that he would do whatever he could to make things better. He took the time to care about me as a person. his assistant was also very nice. I think her name was Heather. Id like to thank them both for making me feel a little less apprehensive.

he didnt explain anything that he was doing. my eyes were closed because I was nervous, he put the numbing cream in my mouth without telling me, jabbed my gums with a needle multiple times without any warning. then he kept completely plugging my nose with my lip so I couldnt breathe through it. when I breathed through my mouth I could taste the burning flesh and that taste still wont go away. not a good experience at all

The dentist seemed like he could have been nice but I was extremely uncomfortable with how he handled me. He kept pressing down on my forehead and then my whole head was in his stomach. Definitely not OK!
