The doctor was very informative and her assistants/coworkers helped to comfort me a lot as I was nervous. It was a personable experience, they answered all of my questions even when they had to do some digging to find the correct answers! They respected me and my boyfriend and spoke with him about my aftercare and gave him all the information I would need since I wasnt able to listen well coming out of anesthesia.

Dentist/ oral surgeon was very rude. Yelled at dental assistants to hurry up during x-rays and during the extraction. Did not care that the numbing injections hurt and was very fast about them. I felt scared and that I had no control over what she was doing. She was rude to the other staff and only cared about how much time it was going to take. I felt afraid that if I spoke up about my concerns she would stop and tell me to leave. Worst dental procedure in my life.

Very disappointed. I tried to warn her of my sensitivities and anxiety and she was in too much of a hurry to give me a minute when it got difficult for me. Literally tossed the equipment back on the tray and told me I was being rescheduled for sedation the next day and left.

I have awful anxiety and started crying when we started talking about doing the numbing, she gave me all of my options but most importantly didnt make me feel silly for having an anxiety attack. The whole team was amazing and I ended up getting the tooth pulled and today I feel great! Dr Wilson is very very good. I enjoyed her explaining everything and being upfront about options and what may be the best surgical options for my teeth. She was very thorough and very pleasant (right down to her sponge bob slippers) She communicated well with her Karen and other staff. Karen did a great job getting all of the estimates for the different options for me.
